The Jackson Optimist Ice Arena Learn to Skate Program will begin sessions for Spring 2021 starting April 3.

The Learn to Skate program is for all age and skill levels, beginning with Snowplow Sam, designed for kids 3-5 to build confidence while learning to skate.

Classes incorporate fun and games making class time an enjoyable experience for all. 

Our classes include basic skills and fundamentals in a low-pressure environment.  In Freestyle class, learn spins and jumps.  Intro to Hockey teaches the skills of hockey, at different levels to fit any skater’s skill.
