The Jackson Optimist Ice Arena is making plans for a new Wednesday Night 28 and Over Draft Hockey League. Our goal is to have 4 teams consisting of 48 players and 4 goalies. This league will start in the Fall.

We will be having 1 evaluation/drop-in style skate on Thursday, July 17th, starting at 7:00. The first skate will be 2 hours. We will be evaluating all skaters and then will form teams.  

The dates of July 24,31 and August 7,14,21 will be actual games.

The cost will be $120 per person for all of the skates. There will be a $15 fee paid to the Captains to cover the cost of Refs/Scorekeepers for those games. The purpose will be to see the interest level for the up coming league to start in the fall.
